This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) applies to everyone who uses StreamSona, on any plan, free or paid. It is part of our Terms of Service: violating this AUP is a violation of the Terms. Depending on severity, violations result in warnings, content removal, suspension, or immediate account termination without refund, and — where we believe the law requires or permits it — reporting to law enforcement and other authorities. We may, but are not obligated to, monitor use of the platform.
1. No pornographic or sexually explicit content
StreamSona is not an adult-content platform. You may not use the platform to create, stream, display, distribute, or promote pornographic or sexually explicit content of any kind. This includes, without limitation: depictions of sexual acts; content whose primary purpose is sexual arousal; sexually explicit roleplay or performances conducted through a StreamSona persona; and directing the output of the platform into adult-content sites or broadcasts. Nudity presented in a sexual context is prohibited. Accounts used for these purposes will be terminated without refund.
2. Zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation
We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse material (“CSAM”) and child sexual exploitation in any form. You may not use the platform to:
- create, generate, distribute, or promote CSAM or child sexual exploitation material of any kind, including AI-generated, cartoon, or otherwise fictional depictions — under the laws of the United States and many other countries, AI-generated sexual depictions of minors are illegal even if no real child was involved;
- sexualize any person who is, appears to be, or is presented as being under 18, including through childlike personas, bodies, clothing, or settings placed in a sexualized context;
- engage in, facilitate, or conceal grooming, sextortion, trafficking, or any other exploitation or abuse of minors; or
- promote or normalize sexual interest in minors.
Any violation or attempted violation of this section results in immediate and permanent account termination without refund. Where required or permitted by law — including 18 U.S.C. § 2258A — we will preserve relevant evidence and report to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and/or law enforcement, and we will cooperate fully with investigations.
3. Likeness, impersonation, and deepfakes
- You may only use the face, likeness, or voice of a real, identifiable person as input if you have that person’s verifiable consent (your own likeness is always fine).
- You may not impersonate any real person or organization in a way that is intended to or likely to deceive, including for fraud, scams, fake endorsements, non-consensual intimate imagery, defamation, or political disinformation.
- Where the law or the platform requires AI-generated content to be disclosed, you must not remove, obscure, or tamper with such disclosures, including the “AI Generated” watermark applied to streams. The watermark may only be removed through the platform’s own verification process where offered.
4. Other prohibited uses
You may not use the platform to:
- violate any applicable law or regulation, or evade sanctions or export controls;
- promote or facilitate terrorism, violent extremism, or acts of violence, or provide instructions for self-harm;
- harass, bully, threaten, or dox any person, or promote hatred or discrimination against people based on protected characteristics;
- infringe, misappropriate, or violate any third party’s intellectual-property, privacy, or publicity rights;
- collect, process, or infer personal or sensitive data about others without the legal right to do so;
- commit fraud, phishing, or deceptive commercial practices, including fake reviews and undisclosed paid promotion;
- develop, distribute, or operate malware, or probe, scan, or breach the security of the platform or any other system;
- scrape the platform, access it through automated means, resell or sublicense access, or use the platform or its output to train, develop, or improve any machine-learning model; or
- bypass, disable, or attempt to defeat any safety filter, content restriction, rate limit, or technical protection of the platform or its underlying models. Circumventing safety measures is itself a terminable violation, regardless of what content results.
5. Enforcement and appeals
We decide in good faith, at our discretion, whether conduct violates this AUP, and we may act on reports from users, rights holders, or authorities as well as our own review. Enforcement may include content removal, feature restriction, credit forfeiture, suspension, or permanent termination, with or without prior notice. If you believe we acted in error, you may appeal by writing to support@streamsona.com within 30 days of the action; we will review and respond, but we are not obligated to reinstate an account.
6. Reporting violations
To report content or conduct that violates this AUP — especially anything involving minors — contact support@streamsona.com immediately. Reports involving child safety are treated with the highest priority.
7. Changes
We may update this AUP from time to time. Updates take effect when published on this page; for material changes we will give notice through the platform or by email.
