How do credits work?

One second of live streaming equals one credit. Every plan includes a fixed number of streaming hours per month, and billing follows verified server time — you only spend credits for the seconds you actually stream.

Is my payment information safe?

Yes. Payments are handled by Stripe, a PCI DSS Level 1 certified provider trusted by millions of businesses. StreamSona never sees or stores your card number.

Can I try it before paying?

Yes. Signed-in users get a free 20-second live session to test the full camera-to-persona pipeline before choosing a plan.

Can I cancel my subscription at any time?

Yes. Cancel from the billing portal whenever you like — your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period, and remaining credits keep their original expiration dates.

What happens to unused credits?

Subscription credits refresh each billing cycle; on annual plans you receive a full year of credits up front, valid for 12 months. One-hour top-up credits never expire and carry forward.

Can I get a refund?

Refunds follow our Refund & Cancellation Policy. When something fails on our side — like an image generation error — the credits are refunded automatically.
